Terms & Conditions:

Both product price & delivery fee must be paid for all goods purchased. However only product price has to be paid for a purchase & pick-up done at the GALLERY CEYLON showroom/store.

All product designs & developments are brand new & exclusively done by expert designers & resource personnel attached to GALLERY CEYLON. We always committed to supply product with best quality standards.

GALLERY CEYLON is handled the product delivery process with cooperation of registers courier service providers in the country. Delivery charges are applicable according to the weight & destination of the delivery to be done across the country.  Delivery charge applicable to each product/order will be shown at the check-out and also before payment is made. Average 2-5 working days will be taken for all deliveries throughout the country.


Refund & Exchange Policy:

GALLERY CEYLON accepts any order cancellation. However, all order cancellation requests have to be done before orders are handover to the courier for delivery. These cancellations are accepted by GALLERY CEYLON and full amount paid, excluding 3% handling fee will be refunded to the respective customer. Usually, refund will be completed within 14 working days.           

However, once the order is delivered to the customer, refund will not be done. At this type of occasion, exchange is possible within 7 working days for the same value or after paying any over value of the product the customer wishes to exchange. Such exchanges are permitted only if return product is in its original condition & with all tags & other related accessories. Once retuned product is received to the GALLERY CEYLON showroom/store, final decision on exchange will be made.
